Elmers Hueting Advocaten

Elmers Hueting Advocaten is a Dutch law firm formed by Hetty Elmers and Hans Hueting, operating from two offices in Brielle and Rhoon. Since 1 December 2020, they have practised under a common name, combining years of independent practice with specialist expertise across multiple fields, including personal and family law, letselschade, corporate and commercial law, employment law, tenancy and general contract law.

The firm emphasises a client oriented service approach, characterised by accessible communication, short lines of contact and tailored dispute resolution strategies. At Brielle, the firm has three practicing attorneys, R.D.Z. Asmus, H.M. Hueting and I.M. van Loo, while the Rhoon location provides additional support; together they deliver integrated and client focused legal services across the two offices.
