Our litigation practice emphasizes product liability defense, bankruptcy, business disputes and employment litigation. Our land use practice features the representation of owners and developers of real property throughout the entitlement process. Our wills/trusts/estates/probate practice includes all facets of estate planning, probate proceedings, probate avoidance, gift/estate taxation, and wealth preservation and transfer.
