Maria Clara is a capital partner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Figueiredo Sens. Her practice focuses on regulatory, corporate and tax law, combining advisory and litigation experience in highly complex and strategically impactful matters.
His early career in law firms in the European Union, especially in projects involving the right to information and operations with international repercussions, gives his practice a global perspective connected to market demands. In Brazil, he leads highly complex cases, with emphasis on the sectors of electric power, health, innovation and asset structuring, both in the administrative and judicial spheres.
He has a consolidated presence in the dialogue with agencies such as ANVISA, ANEEL, INCRA, ANPD, INPI and CVM, focusing on the legal structuring of sensitive and highly demanding projects. He also coordinates the internal operations of the office, focusing on strategic management and institutional improvement.
