Fitzgerald, Schorr, Barmettler & Brennan, P.C., L.L.O. is proud of its rich history of dedication to clients through its consistent, high quality service and prompt attentiveness to their needs. Commencing with the establishment by Francis A. Brogan of his law practice in the summer of 1888, the firm has grown steadily through the years from open-window air conditioning and carbon paper duplicates to computers and the internet. We have become a major regional law firm of experienced lawyers concentrating our practice in the representation of businesses and their owners.
Over the years, the firm has counted among its former members a Nebraska Supreme Court Justice, a United States District Court Judge, a United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge, a member of the United States House of Representatives, four Nebraska State Bar Association Presidents, four Omaha Bar Association Presidents, an Omaha Mayor, an Omaha City Attorney, and a general counsel for the largest railroad system in the United States. Many of the firm’s lawyers serve on the boards of directors of local civic and community organizations and all are encouraged to participate in a variety of community activities.
