Foshan Lawyer Association

The Foshan Lawyer Association is the official professional body for lawyers in Foshan, China. Established in April 1992, the association is a self-regulatory organization formed by all Foshan lawyers and law firms and operates under the supervision of the local judicial administration to regulate the profession and provide services.

The association maintains a governance framework led by the Foshan Lawyer Representatives Congress with a standing council, including a president and vice presidents, and a secretariat that houses departments such as Membership Services, Discipline and Rights Protection, Internship Management, and Comprehensive Affairs.
