The Firm was founded in 2012 on the initiative of a group of professionals who had been working together at an international firm for years.
An experienced team initially having approximately 30 lawyers, capable of supporting investment funds and companies in their extraordinary transactions, mainly in the private equity and M&A sector.
The growth was immediate from the very beginning – both in terms of size and in terms of positioning – and has further consolidated itself thanks to the contribution of leading talents.
Throughout time, the Firm has further widened the range of practice areas, thus establishing the departments of Banking & Finance, Employment Law, Intellectual Property and IT, Tax, Antitrust and Competition Law, Structured Finance, Financial Regulations, Administrative Law and Projects.
At present, only ten years after being founded, the Firm has more than 140 lawyers, offices in Milan and Rome, and is capable of offering comprehensive assistance not only in extraordinary transactions, but also in the ordinary course of business of large industrial group companies and of private equity fund portfolio companies.
