Our HAUTIER IP firm has built up a close collaboration with the Monaco Industrial Property Office for several decades.

Our team benefits from a very good knowledge of Monegasque legislation and the practices applicable in the Principality due to its activity which has continued in Monaco for more than 40 years.

To strengthen this collaboration with the Monaco Industrial Property Office and to support its Monegasque clients as closely as possible to their activity, our offices are located in the Fontvieille district, on the same street as the Monaco Patent and Trademark Office.
