Helvetica Avocats was founded and registered in January 2016. The Partners are Pascale Botbol, Gilles Davoine and Alexis Lafranchi, who previously practiced in Nyon with Solutions Avocats since 2007 for Davoine and since 2010 for Botbol, and with S and L Avocats since 2013 for Lafranchi.
