Since November 1, 2007, Het Notarieel Arnhem has served clients in Arnhem with personal and expert notarial service. On February 24, 2025, the office joined Het Notarieel, a national network of specialists, enabling a strong combination of local accessibility and nationwide expertise.

Het Notarieel Arnhem specialises in persons and family law, including testamenten and levenstestamenten, huwelijkse voorwaarden, erfrecht en nalatenschappen, schenkingen and echtscheidingen. The office also handles real estate transactions such as the leveringsakte and hypotheekakte, supporting clients from koopovereenkomst through inschrijving at the Kadaster. The team is led by Natascha Dröge, who guides a dedicated team to deliver clear, practical and empathetic legal advice.
