We are proud to voice we have been serving our clients for over a decade. Since our doors opened in 2009. We have expanded our original business model, which originally operated as a Personal Injury law firm. Today we are one of the market leaders of law in the North West who cater nationwide, based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
This year has been our biggest area of growth, within last 3 years we have increased our number of claim types; now catering for over 10 different areas of law such as: Housing Disrepair, Financial Miss Selling and Irresponsible Lending. Due to this expansion we have doubled the size of our work force in the last 12 months to a total of 64 employees. We are constantly aiming to strive for bigger and better; not only for our clients, but for our employees too.
Our key measures of growth this year has been the recruitment drive. We have invested in new highly skilled employees, who are leaders in their specialised areas of law. This infrastructure is to maintain a high-quality team and to offer the best services to our clients. This investment has reflected positively; which has resulted in the increase of success stories and positive Google reviews of the business.

Within the last 10 years we have increased the platforms by 90% already therefore, there will always be aims to increase the options we have available to the public. To ensure we are providing the best service to our clients/future clients we work proactively ensuring all staff are up to date with the latest law developments; so this can be implemented into their work and thus increase the number of successful outcomes and areas we can help one with.

- Single Basic Will £100.00 + vat
- Mirrored Basic Will £150.00 + vat
- Severance of Tenancy £200.00 + vat
- Transfer of Title £500.00 + vat + Disbursement based on Value of Property
- Property Trusts £300.00 + vat Disbursement based on Value of Property
- First Registration £500.00 + vat + Disbursement based on Value of Property
Pre-Paid Probate Plans – To be discussed on a case by case basis, but charged at no more than 2% + vat of the Client Estate upon death
Probate – Charged at 2% + vat of the Client Estate upon death
Power of Attorney
- Single POA for one Client £350.00 – Double POA £450.00
- Single POA for Couple £450.00 – Double POA £600.00
POA are split into 2 sections – Financial Matter and Health & Welfare.
There is an £82.00 fee payable to Office Guardian per POA so for a couple to do both POA’s it would be 4 x 82.00*
