Our defense successfully established the legal and operational independence of the entities, demonstrating the absence of any contractual or managerial links. The court rejected the claim, confirming that no employment obligation existed.

Represented GPS Satelit d.o.o. in a complex commercial dispute concerning the termination and enforcement of a software licensing (SaaS) agreement. The matter involved contested issues of corporate governance, enforcement of promissory notes used as security, and interpretation of contractual obligations under Serbian law.
