Ijechi Nazirah Nazri Nwaozuzu

Ijechi graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and is admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She is a dual-qualified solicitor licensed to practice both in Singapore and New York.

Ijechi began her legal career trained in cross-border, corporate advisory work. Her experience includes conducting due diligence for share and business acquisitions, and drafting a variety of commercial contracts including joint venture agreements, collaboration agreements, and loan agreements. In addition to these non-contentious corporate matters, Ijechi currently handles a range of contentious matters in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on contractual disputes.

With her experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters at different points in the life cycle of a contractual relationship, Ijechi strives to provide clients with holistic advice and representation for their personal and/or commercial legal issues.
