Syafiqah is a Senior Associate of the firm. She graduated with Honours from University of Liverpool, United Kingdom in 2013 and was called to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2015.
Syafiqah is an enthusiastic and highly motivated legal professional who is experienced in resolving civil and matrimonial disputes, whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution. She advises and represents clients in a myriad of disputes such as contractual disputes, defamation claims, personal injury and damage claims related to motor insurance, criminal matters, matrimonial disputes such as divorce, maintenance of wife and children and personal protection orders, as well as Syariah Court proceedings.
Personable and compassionate, Syafiqah believes that these two attributes are important in her practice of community law. A good listener, Syafiqah is a reassuring presence and puts her clients at ease with her solution-oriented approach.
Syafiqah also volunteers for the Legal Aid Bureau and have completed numerous LAB cases with positive results.
