Meenakshi Asohan

Meenakshi is an associate of I.R.B. Law. She graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and is admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore after completing her training with the firm.

Presently, Meenakshi is part of the litigation practice team and has experience in the areas of criminal defence work, family proceedings and representing clients in contractual and tortious disputes.

Practice Areas: Family, Estate Planning, Debt Recovery, Personal Bankruptcy, Criminal, Civil Litigation (in particular, harassment matters i.e., claims under POHA)
