The department sticks to legal principle to maximize legitimate interest for IP rights holders.
Four partners lead our criminal legal affairs department, and most of our lawyers have working experience in judicial authorities and universities. Founded 20 years ago, there are 8 acquittal and 104 closed for nolle prosequi, supplementary investigation,or decision not to indict in all kinds of criminal cases closed by the lawyers.
