Our Story
Bobby Johnson and John Alday went to high school together in Cobb County, one year apart. Even with that connection, their paths didn’t cross again until they ended up on opposite sides of a case that went all the way through trial. Ever since then, they have become close friends and came to rely on each other on their cases, using their skill sets to help win cases. After doing this for the last five years, they decided to make it official and work together to help people who get hurt because of the negligence of others.
Our Team
The firm has a combined almost twenty years of experience in these cases from the pre-suit claims process when you’re just trying to get your car fixed all the way through jury trials. We have tried cases in courts and in front of Administrative Law Judges throughout Georgia. Though some firms market themselves as trial lawyers, they always compromise instead of going to court. Bobby and John love the courtroom—and the insurance companies know they will try a case if an offer is too low.

Insurance
Insurance companies are notorious for attempting to get you to settle for a low number before you really know how you are doing. With almost 20 years of experience, the attorneys at Johnson & Alday will let the insurance companies know you will not settle for less than you deserve.
Accidents & Injuries
At Johnson & Alday, LLC, we understand the profound impact an automobile accident can have on your life. As experienced car accident attorneys in Georgia, we are dedicated to helping accident victims navigate the legal process and secure maximum compensation. We have successfully fought employers and insurers who try and take advantage of injured workers. While our primary goal is always to fight for our clients until they win, we certainly also want to keep our clients informed of anything and everything that may impact their claims. Dog bite cases are tricky. There are specific laws governing dog bite cases and we know them. There are also local ordinances which may be helpful to prove your claim. We know those too. Give us a call and let us help you resolve your dog bite claim. Property damage is not the end of the equation but most insurance companies think that way. It is vital that you have someone on your side who knows how to deal with these arguments so your voice can be heard so that the insurer knows what you’ve been through, and so you can get fairly and reasonably compensate for any injuries you suffered in a wreck.
