JUDr. Pavel Brach, LL.M., attorney-at-law, started his independent law practice in 2013 (from 1. 1. 2013). JUDr. Pavel Brach, LL.M., attorney, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, where in 2001 he defended his diploma thesis and was awarded the academic title "Mgr.", in 2003 he defended his rigorous thesis and was awarded the academic title "JUDr.", and in 2022 he defended his final thesis as part of a two-year internationally recognized course (in the field of "LL.M. in Information and Communication Technology Law" on the topic of cybercrime) and was awarded the title "LL.M." after his name.
