Dispute resolution has been a core area of practice throughout the development of JunHe. With the expansion of our practice areas and the growing needs of our clients, JunHe’s dispute resolution team has shifted from the provision of traditional civil and commercial litigation and arbitration services (including international arbitration) to providing a full range of dispute resolution services. These include criminal actions, administrative punishment and administrative litigation, compliance related matters such as commercial compliance in relation to anti-unfair competition, compliance investigations in relation to Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs), FCPA investigations and internal corporate compliance investigations, and bankruptcy practice.

JunHe’s dispute resolution team consists of more than 120 lawyers, including more than 50 partners. All our attorneys graduated from famous law schools both at home and abroad and many were ex-judges or recruited from leading litigation firms. Our team is one of the few large standalone labor and employment practices in China. We have 11 partners and counsel and more than 20 lawyers. Assisted a multinational food company in a mass layoff project due to the shutdown of its Beijing plant. Over 200 employees were laid off. Advised on PRC law and provided full-scale legal support on employee layoff.
Assisted McDonald's in its strategic cooperation with CITIC and Carlyle. Provided legal service for its internal audit on labor and HR law compliance and advised on all labor law issues involved in the HR integration during and after the transaction.
