Will
Placing your wishes in a will gives you and your loved ones peace of mind and prevents unwanted hassles and disputes, especially within beloved family. In the event that you die without making a will, your estate may be distributed in a manner contrary to your intentions.
A will is a legal document whereby you, the testator, provide for the administration and distribution of what you own among your beneficiaries upon your death. You would also appoint an executor who would administer and distribute your assets upon your death.
Probate
When someone closely related to you has passed away, you will need a letter of administration or a letter of probate (if there is a will) from the Subordinate Courts to administer the distribution of his estate as per his intentions.
To receive this letter, you would require the following documents:
– Death Certificate
– NRIC(s) of administrator(s)
– Marriage Certificates/Divorce Documents or Birth Certificates to prove your relationship with the deceased
– Name of a Trustee
– List of all Beneficiaries
– List of assets/shares/bank accounts and properties
– Original Will (if any)
Accidents & Injuries
If you have been injured in a car accident, work-based accident or other personal injury accidents like slips and falls, please call us so that we can support you and work towards your compensation and settlement agreement.
We are well-equipped to inform you of your legal rights with regards to your specific situation. Each case is unique and will be assessed with great regard so as to maximise the potential benefit for you.
We will aid your argument using accident reports, accident-related medical reports, and vehicle surveyor reports. It will be particularly helpful for you to include photographs of relevant injuries and vehicle damages.
