Kasirye Byaruhanga & Co. Advocates is one of Uganda’s leading business law firms, committed to understanding our clients’ needs and objectives and working with them to achieve effective and creative solutions.

Beginning as Binaisa & Co Advocates in 1987 but carrying the present name since 1991, we have provided definitive legal advice to Ugandan and international businesses, financial institutions, Government, charities and private individuals. Today, the Firm is comprised of four Partners, several Legal Associates, paralegals and administrative support staff all based in the City of Kampala.

Commonly referred to as KB & Co, the Firm practices in all major disciplines of business law with a strong emphasis on corporate/commercial work.

The Firm also extends its services into the areas of family, probate, personal injury claims, real estate investment and criminal defence briefs.
