Komninos Andreas

Andreas Komninos is a partner at LR AVOCATS and heads the firm's corporate law department. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1997 and became Avocat a la Cour in 2001, holds a degree in private and European law from the University Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, and joined LR AVOCATS in October 2010.

He advises multinational clients on domestic and cross-border corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, group structuring, capital increases and decreases, bond issuances, director liability and shareholder disputes. His practice also covers mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and insolvency, and matters in the banking and financial sectors.

He combines transactional and contentious experience to handle arbitration, litigation and regulatory issues, and provides multilingual service across French, English, German, Italian and Greek to support complex international matters and pragmatic client outcomes.
