Our firm has also been chosen by over 40 well-known banks and financial institutions and lenders to handle property-related cases including mortgage transactions, project finance and sale and purchase of properties in HK and PRC. Lau, Chan & Ko is also one of the appointed solicitors for the Government of HKSAR to deal with the sale and purchase of properties under various housing schemes.
