Elder Law

We take pride in explaining in an understandable way how the process of handling the estate will proceed, and what matters need to be decided along the way. We ensure that everything is resolved, and that this happens in close cooperation with the heirs. With us, the heirs have the opportunity to have a significant influence on how the transfer is to be carried out, and we emphasize that the estate is handled in a way that is in line with the heirs' wishes.

It is our experience that insight provides security, and we therefore provide ongoing information so that you also have an overview of the case and know what the next step in the case is. If any questions arise along the way, we are at your disposal. We are easily accessible by email and telephone, and we also offer ongoing physical housing meetings if desired.

All of the firm's lawyers are members of the Danish Association of Inheritance Lawyers, and we are specialists in the handling of estates. In addition to complying with the rules of professional conduct, we are affiliated with the Trygt Boskifte certification scheme, which means that we have committed to following additional guidelines that provide extra security for a safe and transparent handling of the case.
