I serve clients in Krakow at the office of the Law Firm , as well as using all available methods of remote communication , i.e. telephone, e-mail and instant messengers in accordance with the expectations of clients.

I conduct all proceedings and activities in Krakow - I represent clients before courts and administrative authorities and before other entities, also conducting proceedings for foreigners and foreigners. I speak English and Italian .

The fee for legal services is agreed individually with the Clients and depends in particular on the time-consuming nature of the problem, the complexity of the problem and the costs of travel outside Krakow in connection with the performance of activities for the Client. The basic way of settling for legal services is to specify the price of each activity or a specific list of activities. The starting point for the price determined in this way is the amount of PLN 250 (including 23% VAT) per hour of attorney's work. This rate applies to works performed in Polish.

• I have participated in several hundred proceedings before courts or other state authorities and in negotiations for my clients,
• after the attorney's training and passing the attorney's exam, I was entered on the list of attorneys of the Bar Association in Krakow, entry number 3690,
• I won numerous competitions in which the task was to deliver a court speech, and the jurors were the most outstanding lawyers from all over Poland, today I use my rhetorical and oratory skills to represent clients in courts in Krakow and not only,
• I obtained the degree of doctor of law for my doctoral dissertation devoted to the issue of divorce in Polish and European private international law,
• I am the author of several dozen scientific papers in various fields of law, in particular family law and private international law,
• I actively participated in scientific conferences,
• I have been honored with numerous awards for my professional and scientific work, including I took first place in the National Oratory Competition organized by the Bar Research Center of adv. Witold Bayer and the District Bar Council in Krakow, first place in doctoral workshops devoted to the issues of judicial application of law for a speech devoted to the issues of national jurisdiction in divorce cases with an international element,
• I have conducted lectures, exercises and seminars on business law, negotiations and criminal law, including at universities in Katowice and Krakow,
• I have participated in numerous trainings and courses expanding my competences, e.g. in a series of workshops on interpersonal communication for lawyers.
