Bio
Dejan Aleksov has been practicing law since January 1, 2017, when he founded Law Office Aleksov, which evolved into Law Office Aleksov and Memishi in 2022 through a partnership with lawyer Artan Memishi.
In 2016, along with several co-founders, they registered the non-profit organization Startup Macedonia, aimed at facilitating networking among all startup participants and encouraging their collaboration. From 2018-2021, he served as president of Startup Macedonia, and since 2021, he has been part of the board of directors, working on improving regulations for startup companies (introduction of convertible loans, business angel law, introduction of a new type of trading company, company with variable capital).

He leads the immigration law and rights of foreigners department and also specializes in commercial law, labor law – employment relations, as well as intellectual property rights. Starting from April 1, 2022, Christian has been working as a specialist associate at the law office Aleksov and Memishi, where he began drafting documents for the establishment of commercial companies, submitting various applications for changes in commercial companies to the Central Registry of Macedonia, as well as composing necessary internal documentation for commercial companies to ensure compliance with the Labor Relations Law.
Kristijan also works on debt collection procedures, probate procedures, the composition of various contracts in accordance with the Law on Obligations, as well as comprehensive research in a specific areas for composing written legal opinions.
In exploring the issue of personal data protection in accordance with the Regulation on Personal Data Protection and the Personal Data Protection Law, he began developing internal acts with which companies in Macedonia regulate their internal processes and ensure compliance with personal data protection. In connection with this, for companies with their own e-commerce websites, Kristijan prepares a Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Use for the website, which are important documents for compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
