Lawyer and Public Procurement Expert - Tomas Seikalis

Tomas Seikalis is a Vilnius-based lawyer who specializes in public procurement and related disciplines. He advises local and international clients, including contracting authorities and suppliers, on all stages of public procurement, from planning and documentation to tender evaluation and contract administration.
