Lakiasiaintoimisto Bergholm Oy was founded in 1994. The name and operation changed to law firm in 1999.
We assist both individuals and companies in legal matters. Our industry includes, among other things, criminal law and family and inheritance law matters as well as disputes and foreigner matters. More detailed information about our special expertise can be found below.

We prepare wills, charters and other documents. We assist in inheritance division, partition and other deliveries as well as matrimonial matters. We help in matters related to child maintenance, visitation rights and alimony.
We assist individuals and companies in disputes. The dispute can concern, for example, the sale of an apartment or a car or contractual relations.
We assist, among other things, in matters concerning the establishment of companies, the drafting of contracts and their interpretation.
