Thanks for visiting my website. My name is Rosen Dimitrov and I am a lawyer with offices in Plovdiv and Sofia. I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski" in 2004. I specialized in English at Barnet Southgate College, London, Great Britain. I have obtained a postgraduate qualification in European Union law at the Faculty of Law of the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". The topic is "Practical possibilities of the lawyer and duties of the judge according to the practice of the Court of the European Union regarding the application of the Union law and preliminary inquiries". I am a doctoral student in the doctoral program "Civil and Family Law" at the Institute for State and Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

I have worked as a legal consultant in companies developing business both in the country and abroad. My practice in these companies was related to work in various areas of civil law and commercial law. I have drawn up and consulted on a number of contracts in the field of tourism, trade and services. I have represented commercial companies in intercompany relations, franchise agreements and labor disputes. In addition, I have represented the companies in civil and commercial disputes, in the formation and management of executive cases.
