Employment & Labor
Employment Law
You will receive competent legal support, especially when it comes to the termination of an employment relationship.
The employment relationship is characterized by the personal dependence of the employee on the employer.
The employment contract is embedded in a complex system of labor law regulations, based on laws and regulations, collective agreements, company agreements and EU directives.
I advise and support both employers and employees out of court and in court in all questions arising from the employment relationship.

Family
family law
Family law is probably the most emotional area of law. Marriage, family and partnership repeatedly confront us with challenges that are difficult to deal with alone and often have very far-reaching financial consequences.
In addition to the realization that a partnership or marriage has failed, there are fears of loss, financial worries and the uncertainty of how the care and support of children together can continue to be guaranteed.
In this respect, it can make sense to conclude a marriage contract that protects the interests of both spouses before entering into or during an intact marriage.
If there is a separation and there are signs of divorce, the related issues should be settled as early as possible, for example by concluding an agreement on the consequences of separation and divorce, in order to bring about a divorce that is as amicable as possible.
The use of the marital apartment or home, the division of household effects, child and spouse maintenance during separation and after divorce, custody of the children together and the right of access can be regulated. Common assets and liabilities are to be divided and the gains made during the marriage are to be balanced. Furthermore, the increasingly important issue of pension equalization needs to be clarified.
If a settlement is not possible due to the tensions and problems between the spouses involved, a judicial clarification must be brought about with regard to individual points.
In view of our constantly aging society, parental maintenance is becoming more and more important, ie the question of whether the client has to provide financially for the parent who needs care or lives in a retirement home.
Even when a non-marital partnership ends, questions arise with regard to maintenance, custody and contact with joint children as well as liability, the apartment or a joint house, the return of benefits and the distribution of joint liabilities.

Criminal Defense
criminal law
Being accused of a criminal felony or misdemeanor is a profound burden. There are serious consequences, possibly imprisonment.
My job as a defense attorney is to exercise your rights in conflict with the state bodies that have to investigate and punish criminal offenses. Your right to a procedure that satisfies the principles of the rule of law has the highest priority for me.
The first and most decisive steps can be taken if you have a lawyer represent you as the accused as soon as you receive a summons from the police to be questioned.
It gives me the greatest fulfillment in my job to achieve the best possible result, to protect my clients' presumption of innocence and to help my clients to their rights.
As a Germany-wide specialist lawyer for criminal law and a lawyer with many years of experience, I am committed to supporting you in all stages of the proceedings, from the preliminary proceedings to the defense in the main hearing before all German courts, either as an elected defense attorney or as a public defender.
