A journey over 100 years in the making

• 1902, Allen & Gledhill was founded in Singapore.
• 1959, Allen & Gledhill Malaysia was set-up.
• 1972, Allen & Gledhill became an independent law firm, with practices based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor.
• 1993, Lee Hishammuddin was founded by a team of dynamic lawyers.
• 2005, partners of Lee Hishammuddin and Allen & Gledhill combined their strengths to form the present firm.

Today, we are based in Kuala Lumpur with branches in Johor Bahru and Penang.
