However, the consequences for such a mistake can be devastating.
A person must have a real opportunity to defend himself against a state that operates under the flag of punishment. In criminal proceedings, our lawyers have undeniably significant and versatile experience - several of us have practiced both in the investigative body and in the prosecutor's office before starting to work as lawyers. Sitting on the other side of the table has given us a good understanding of the mind of the prosecutor and allows us to exercise the right of defense even more effectively.

We submit a crime report on behalf of the victim, assist in gathering evidence, in communication with the investigative agency, the prosecutor's office and the culprit, and represent the client in court proceedings.
