Our firm is made up of two lawyers, both holders of certificates of specialization in Labor Law, and in Social Security and Social Protection law. The firm's activity is thus concentrated exclusively in these two areas, and this, primarily alongside employees, insured persons, medical and paramedical professions and institutions representing staff. Our firm usually intervenes before all Labor and Social Security bodies and jurisdictions: Labor Courts, Social Centers of Judicial Courts, Social Chambers of Courts of Appeal, Amicable Appeal Commissions of social bodies, Disciplinary Commissions, Labor Inspection, Administrative Courts, Administrative Courts of Appeal and, this, throughout the national territory. We are also at the side of employee representative institutions to advise and assist them in the context of negotiation of agreements, and during social conflicts.
