
Brian Littlewood was born in Newbury, England and has lived in Hong Kong for many years. He was awarded degrees in law by University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology and by University College London.
Brian is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong as well as in England and Wales. He established his present firm, Littlewoods, in 1997.
Brian has lectured at local universities and served on the editorial board of the Hong Kong Lawyer, the official journal of the Law Society.
In 2010 the Chief Justice of Hong Kong appointed him to sit on a statutory tribunal and in 2013 he was appointed a civil celebrant by the Registrar of Marriages.
Brian's practice includes civil, family and criminal litigation in which he regularly acts as an advocate. He also has a great deal of experience in acting for clients facing difficulties with immigration related issues.

Personal Injury Claims

We have a great deal of experience in representing individuals confronted by the authorities on suspicion of having committed criminal or regulatory offences.
