Established in 2004, the Law Office of Atty. Atty. Rainier Mamangun's expertise in family law and domestic relations covers representation and advisory services in annulment, declaration of nullity of marriage, recognition of foreign divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, adoption, and domestic abuse cases, among others. For almost two decades, he has worked on over 200 family law-related cases. He also handles real property and business law cases.
 

The Firm is led by Rainier Mamangun, who has had more than 25 years of legal experience as a government lawyer and, later on, as a private law practitioner. He previously worked for the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs and has headed various Legal Missions abroad to such countries as Malaysia, Indonesia, Timor Leste, Nepal, India, and Saudi Arabia for purposes of advancing the interest and welfare of Filipinos overseas. He has appeared in various Congressional hearings as a resource person and had been part of several technical working groups for the drafting or the defense of certain legislation such as the Migrant Workers Act and the Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers.
 

Through the years, Rainier Mamangun has also provided legal advisory services regarding various concerns to several local government units in England such as the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, London Borough of Hillingdon, London Borough of Harrow, London Borough of Merton, and the London Borough of Sutton. 

In 2013, Atty. Mamangun became the recipient of the Certificate of Selection in the area of Family Law from Legal’s Finest -- a premier guide to the world’s leading attorneys based in the United Kingdom.  In 2020,  he was the awarded the Certificate of Excellence from Advisory Excellence, a London-based organization which profiles the best legal advisers around the globe, for his outstanding performance in the area of Family Law.  In 2021, he was  invited to the prestigious  Asociacion Europea de Abogados,   the largest network of lawyers in the world based in Alicante, Spain.  After a rigorous selection  process, Lawyer Monthly, a legal publication based in the United Kingdom, has  bestowed upon our Atty. Rainier Mamangun the Lawyer of the Year Award in the field of Family Law for the Year 2021.   In 2022,  his Firm was profiled on Global Law Experts  as its "Recommended Firm" in the area of Real Estate in the Philippines.
