Sam Tardif Malek
After obtaining my bachelor's degree in civil law at the University of Sherbrooke and my admission to the Quebec Bar, I decided to continue my studies in order to deepen my knowledge of business law. This is how I obtained a second bachelor's degree in law (this time at Queen's University, in common law , i.e. the law practiced in English Canada and the United States), as well as a master's degree in business law at the University of Montreal. I also studied management at HEC and completed the courses required by the Bar of Ontario.
I spent the first four years of my career practicing in a firm specializing in business law. Subsequently, my entrepreneurial spirit pushed me to create my own firm.
I am aware that today's entrepreneurs need flexible consulting services, in a timely manner and according to a precise budgetary framework. It is therefore in this context that I offer innovative legal services that are harmonized with the needs and resources of my clients. My goal is not to impress you with a century-old history or complex and outdated jargon, but to offer you precise, fast, modern and effective legal solutions.
