Mhishi Nkomo Legal Practice (“MNLP”) came into existence on 1 January 2012. Although now recognised as a full-service law firm, MNLP started out as one of the first Boutique Law Firms in Zimbabwe. This was in the sense of the firm’s proud and deliberate choice to basically and mainly provide Conveyancing, Real Estate and Securitisation legal services to the market. MNLP, therefore, started with a unique mix of highly experienced and renowned personnel well equipped and placed to serve this niche. The firm has now grown into a full-service law firm with the capacity to provide legal services in other sectors of the law as well.

It is our view that with increased economic activity, there will be a greater demand by the market for quality legal service premised on efficiency and effectiveness. The pre-requisite is skilled and knowledgeable legal practitioners and our view is that this can only come about when lawyers concentrate on fields that they know best. The firm’s offering to the market is based on that, to provide that efficiency and effectiveness in the provision of legal services in various areas such as corporate and commercial law, conveyancing and family law as well as providing tailor-made legal solutions. The firm is therefore in a position to offer legal advice and assistance in all aspects of the law as is required by its clients and as ancillary or incidental to its declared niche area.
