We have been around for over 25 years now, having commenced operations on 21 October 1988. We commenced as a small-to-medium Firm and have deliberately stayed that way. We do not believe that bigger is better but have found that our size fits with the work we do and the way we want to do it. That is, the fast and efficient delivery of legal services but with a personal and considerate approach.

Our firm is unique in that every solicitor on staff commenced their career with the Moloney & Partners. We think that this says a lot about who we are and how we operate. It brings a wealth of experience and a continuity of service (which is rarely seen) to you the client.

Our city office is conveniently located in the heart of the CBD. It is close to the Courts and to a major carpark (the Topham carpark). Our Salisbury office has on-site parking and is professionally staffed on a full-time basis.
