Beginning their careers as associates at the same law office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2001, both have remained active in helping their business clients to successfully navigate Saudi law – Mutlak as a serious, passionate and consistently effective advocate in the Saudi Courts, including the new Commercial Courts; and Jason as an international legal consultant working at various times from Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, UAE and New York City advising on Saudi legal and regulatory implications concerning transactions between businesses in a wide variety of industries.
