My name is Napaporn Tozer but the nickname that I always answer to is Lily.
I live in Nakhon Ratchasima but travel the length and breadth of Thailand depending on the work. I have had many cases in Bangkok, Chang Mai, Pattaya, and Samui, to name just a few and of course all over the Isaan area.
I am an English speaking divorce lawyer and because of my fluency in the English language I specialize in all family divorce, marital and custody cases involving foreigners within Thailand. I am also an experienced court interpreter, legal document translator and notarial services attorney.
Before I attained my licence to practice law within Thailand I spent seven years working as a paralegal assisting several lawyers in their cases, mostly, but not exclusively, in the divorce and family law courts. Due to the knowledge and experience gained within family law throughout those years I intend to continue helping and assisting foreign clients through their difficult times and to get them their best results possible under their circumstances within the divorce and family law.
My qualifications include:-
· Bachelor degree in Tourism Industry.
· Master’s degree in Business Administration.
· Bachelor degree in Law.

I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their lives and backgrounds. I try to find common interests with strangers and enjoy making people feel comfortable and at ease when discussing their problems with them, and I find this is particularly useful within Family Law.

Divorce Case
When both parties are in agreement to divorce, then they can divorce at the amphur. We can provide the service for negotiating between the parties and drawing up divorce agreements as required, to include the division of assets, custody and child support, for presenting to the amphur at the time of the divorce. We can also accompany the client when attending the amphur to act as interpreter and to ensure a smooth conclusion to the divorce.
However when the parties are not in agreement to divorce or when they are not in agreement over child custody or the division of common property, then one of the parties can sue the other for divorce at the family court. Please get in touch for further details of divorces in family courts.
Custody Case
When the parties require a change in their custody rights then they need to go to the family court to implement this. If there is any change of circumstance then one party can take the other to the family court to change the custody rights.
Child Legitimation
In the case of the father wanting custody rights to his child when not being married to the child's mother, he has to go to the family court to legitimate the child, after which he can register the family court paper at the amphur.
