1. Establish Businesses in Appropriate Business Formats to Meet Customer Needs

• Establish Branches, Representative Offices of EnterpriseChange Business Registration Content (headquarters, members, charter capital...) as per customer needs
• Change and supplement registered business lines
• Change enterprise registration content, convert, split, merge enterprises.
• Change the company seal, reissue a lost seal

1. Legal counseling on marriage procedures: between Vietnamese nationals, between Vietnamese and foreigners.
   Provide assistance with the procedures to establish a marital property regime agreement as prescribed by the Marriage and Family Law.
2. Legal counseling and support with the procedures to establish agreements on division/merger and gifting/transfer/inheritance of property between spouses; division of property in cases of cohabitation without formal marriage registration.
3. Legal counseling and support with procedures related to children's property, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of children.
4. Counsel and handle divorce procedures, including mutual consent divorce, unilateral divorce, and divorce involving foreign elements.
5. Counsel and handle requests to invalidate unlawful marriages.
6. Counsel and handle disputes over common marital property during divorce.
7. Counsel and handle procedures related to child custody (including recognition of paternity/maternity, child adoption, disputes over child custody rights, requests to change the primary caregiver after divorce, and child support during divorce).
8. Represent and assist with civil registry procedures (birth/death certificate corrections, and other civil registry documents, etc.)
9. Other legal counseling and legal services in accordance with the provisions of the law.

1. Legal Consultancy, Assist with Procedures for Registering Work Permits, Temporary Residence Cards for Foreigners (Work Permit)

• Provide legal advice on labor law for individuals, Enterprises;
• Provide legal consultancy, assist with procedures for registering labor regulations, collective labor agreements

2. Provide legal consultancy and draft Employment Contracts

• Other procedures and issues related to labor law
• Represent to resolve mediation, labor disputes

3. Other legal consultancy and legal services activities in accordance with the provisions of law.

I. Investment Sector:

• Provide advisory services, research investment markets in accordance with Vietnamese laws, legal due diligence in the pre-investment phase to minimize risks for clients;
• Provide legal consultancy, assist with procedures for establishing Foreign-invested Enterprises, including 100% foreign-owned enterprises and joint ventures with foreign and domestic investment;
• Provide legal consultancy, assist with procedures for establishing Branches, Representative Offices of foreign enterprises;
• Provide legal consultancy, draft documents, contracts, materials for asset, share purchase and sale, shareholder agreements, etc.
• Provide consultancy on enterprise restructuring, liquidation, dissolution, bankruptcy
• Other legal consultancy and legal services activities in accordance with the provisions of law.

II. Land and Housing Sector:

• Provide legal consultancy and assist with procedures for land use rights registration, registration of ownership of assets and structures attached to land, represent to complete registration procedures and obtain Land Use Right Certificate, Certificate of Ownership of House and Other Assets attached to Land at competent authorities.
• Provide legal consultancy and assist with procedures for registering ownership transfer of real estate.
• Provide legal consultancy and assist with procedures for division, merger, change of use purpose of real estate.
• Provide legal consultancy and assist with procedures for transfer, donation, lease, capital contribution of real estate.
• Represent to resolve mediation, land and housing disputes in accordance with the law.
• Other legal consultancy and legal services activities in accordance with the provisions of law.

I. Civil Law field

1. Provision of legal counseling: Provide advice, guidance, and opinions to customers on documents, procedures related to requirements, agreements, commercial contracts or civil disputes; procedures and fees for resolving disputes.
2. Collecting and evaluating evidence: Collect, present evidence, documents, and requirements; conduct inspections, evaluations, and present opinions on evidence and documents; request the competent authorities to collect evidence, conduct appraisals, and revalue assets as prescribed by law.
3. Representation by authorization: Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, or performing tasks in the process of resolving civil disputes at the Commercial Arbitration or the competent People's Court.
4. Participation in litigation: Participate in litigation as a representative or as a defender of the lawful rights and interests of the parties in civil cases.
5. Complaints, denunciations: Assist clients with procedures for complaints and denunciations about the illegal acts of investigative agencies, administrative agencies, and competent persons in order to best protect the lawful rights and interests of clients.
6. Other legal advisory activities and legal services in accordance with the provisions of the law.

II. Inheritance field

1. Will: Provide legal advice and assistance in establishing a will in accordance with the law; amend, supplement, cancel, store and publish the Will;
2. Renunciation of inheritance: Provide legal advice and assistance in establishing a Written document of renunciation of inheritance in accordance with the law.
3. Declaration/agreement on inheritance distribution: Provide legal advice and assistance in establishing a Declaration document/Agreement on distribution of inherited assets between the heirs (including inheritance under the Will and inheritance under the law);
4. Representation by authorization to handle procedures for registering ownership/transferring ownership of assets inherited under the will and under the law;
5. Representation by authorization: Negotiate, bargain, mediate or resolve disputes between heirs in the process of resolving inheritance procedures.
6. Participation in litigation: Participate in litigation as a representative or as a defender of the lawful rights and interests of the parties in inheritance cases.
7. Other legal advisory activities and legal services in accordance with the law.

III. Mediation and Litigation

1. Power of attorney: Representing the client in negotiations, bargaining, mediation, or carrying out tasks during the dispute resolution process with relevant parties.
2. Participation in litigation: Participating in litigation as a representative or as a protector of the legitimate rights and interests of the parties in cases at the competent Commercial Arbitration Tribunal or People's Court.
