We handle clients needs from every part of the country including the diaspora. We have reliable and competent remote lawyers from different parts of the country who work as part of our team. This way, it does not matter where you are located, whatever your legal issue, we can competently handle it.
You can reach us through calling us directly, sending us an email or through Whats App. Depending on your comfort, we can schedule virtual meetings via Zoom, Goolge Meet, Teams or even WhatApp.
Payments are made easy through the Mpesa platforms and any communication is through our portal. Once you instruct us to handle a matter for you, you will have access to your client portal where you can log in to see progress with your case or raise any questions.
The future is virtual! Embrace it!

Kenya Unfair Termination at Work
Like most law firms in Kenya, we practice all areas of law but tend to specialize more on Employment and Land Law litigation. So if you have been terminated from work unfairly, underpaid, not given leave or due allowances, we can help you with your case. You can see a case which we recently concluded in favour of the Claimant. This was a case involving a mjengo worker was unfairly terminated by a Chinese Construction Company. We got him an award of about Kes 110,000/-. His other colleagues also brought us their case and we managed to get them similar awards. So it doesn’t matter the role that you are employed in….if your rights were violated, we will fight your case on your behalf.
Real Estate
Real Estate / Conveyancing:
If you are undertaking a developing project, its very easy to decide to ‘cut corners’ with the paper work. The proper way is to obtain a National Construction Permit (NCA) but it is costly and lengthy to do so. We advice and encourage clients to be patient and we assist in obtaining all the requisite documentation in the correct way.
Elder Law
Succession / Estate Planning:
In our time of practice, we have seen that we Africans see estate planning as a ‘taboo’. It is uncommon for we African’s to write wills. However, it is a very relevant and needed practice and we can help with that. If you pass away after writing a valid will, we say that your estate is Probated. You would have names an executor who will execute your will and distribute your estate to your named beneficiaries. If your will is not valid, it can be contested in court.
If you die without a Will, your beneficiaries will require to obtain Letters of Administration. We can assist in this process too.
