The currently owner-managed law firm NH BAYER is a small German-French boutique law firm primarily active in commercial law.

As the owner , Nils H BAYER is in charge of the German-French corporate, private and employment law  departments. Until the end of 2013, he was a partner in a regional German law firm specializing in commercial law in the field of collective labor law and headed the French law department. Since January 1st, 2014 he has been managing the former Franco-German law firm NH BAYER Rechtsanwälte Avocats . 

Our clients include German and French companies and private customers as well as states and municipalities. The areas of advice include German, French, European and international contract law, commercial and corporate law, distribution and labor law .
