Taking control of your criminal case
We believe it is important to take control at the earliest possible stage of the criminal case and to exert influence on the ongoing investigation by the police and the judiciary. With an expert and active attitude in the preliminary phase of a criminal case, we achieve an optimal result for our clients. We prepare our clients for or attend interrogations and ask for counter-investigations when necessary. Our criminal lawyers always try to prevent a hearing.
Rely on expert legal assistance
We understand that a criminal case usually also has enormous consequences for partners, children and family members. They too can count on our assistance and trust. All this makes our legal assistance expert, active and involved.
Employment & Labor
Specialists in employment law

Advising, negotiating & litigating
Our employment law lawyers have extensive experience in advising, negotiating and litigating in numerous employment law issues.
After the first meeting, the strategy is determined
We can already assess the position of the client during the first meeting. The strategy can then be determined in mutual consultation, in which the good and bad chances are compared against each other. In this way, unnecessary litigation is prevented and costs can be saved. Nolet's employment lawyers act for both employers and employees, which generally leads to a quick understanding of the case at hand.

Family
Our family law lawyers: expert, creative and involved
Personal and family law is a comprehensive area of law that almost everyone has to deal with at some point in their lives. Think of a marriage, cohabitation or the termination thereof, or the birth of a child. Our family and juvenile law lawyers section consists of Hans Schnoor , Caroline Revis , Lidwien Wellen , Chanou van der Zalm, Pauline van de Kolk and Vincent Nolet . We have all been working in family and juvenile law for many years and have built up considerable expertise in this field.
Termination of marriage or registered partnership
The termination of your marriage, registered partnership or cohabitation means that many things have to be arranged, especially if there are children involved and you have joint assets. This includes, for example, determining the alimony for the ex-partner and/or children, separating and dividing the joint property (division of property) and establishing visitation arrangements.
Extensive litigation experience in divorce cases
Because a (divorce) divorce is in itself a major event in people's lives, we strive to settle the (emotional) consequences of the divorce as well as possible in consultation with clients and all stakeholders. When mutual consultation does not lead to agreements, the family law lawyers of Nolet Advocaten can boast extensive litigation experience.
Matters relating to children
Other matters relating to the children, such as custody, custodial placement, supervision order, parentage, as well as denial of paternity actions also fall under family law. If you have any questions about this, you can contact our family law lawyers.
