As i have been written in my Lawzana account, there are many credit card cases that i have been succeed solved by my Law office most of the cases with negotiations with Bank Chief Manager, no need to register case to OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), which is accomodate supervised all banks, all finance leasing corporation, all fintech in Indonesia.

This debt cases is always has solutions in my own Law Office, such as :

1. Debt cases among all parties which is not involved banking either other finance institutions, usually the debt cases in my law office have a solutions such as negotiations, if negotiatiations is failed i usually bring the debt case to court, appeal to high court, the last taking law solution to debt cases to Indonesia Supreme Court.
2. If the debt cases is about businesss debt, the legal solutions is bring that business debt cases to Banckruptcy Legal Court that in Indonesia is known as Pengadilan Niaga.
3. If the debt cases involved the bank, finance Leasing corporations, fintech, also other finance corporations, then the legal solutions is negotiations, after negotiations is failed then bring the businesss debt cases to OJK - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan arbitrary court, OJK is a institutions that supervise all finance corporations in Indonesia.
4. If the debt cases which is involved the finance corporations tends to involved the crime then a legal solutions of businesss debt cases like this have to report also to Indonesia Police Department in Special Crime Division of Indonesia Police Department, which is known as Kriminal khusus - Krimsus Division of Indonesia Police Department.
