- If the debt cases involved the bank, finance Leasing corporations, fintech, also other finance corporations, then the legal solutions is negotiations, after negotiations is failed then bring the businesss debt cases to OJK - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan arbitrary court, OJK is a institutions that supervise all finance corporations in Indonesia.
- If the debt cases which is involved the finance corporations tends to involved the crime then a legal solutions of businesss debt cases like this have to report also to Indonesia Police Department in Special Crime Division of Indonesia Police Department, which is known as Kriminal khusus - Krimsus Division of Indonesia Police Department.
