Ermal Fortuzi is a qualified Albanian lawyer and member of the Albanian Bar Association. He is based in Tirana and advises both local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters.
He supports Oikonomakis Law in Albania as a local affiliated lawyer, ensuring that all legal matters are handled in full compliance with Albanian law.
Ermal holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Shkoder University (2002) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Tirana University (2001). He has been a member of the Albanian Bar Association since 2007 and represents clients in cases up to the Constitutional Court of Albania.
He is currently based at the Tirana office of Oikonomakis Law.
Oikonomaki Christos is the Founder and Chairman of Oikonomakis Law and a Greek-qualified lawyer admitted before the Supreme Court and the Council of State of Greece. He is also an Accredited Mediator by the Ministry of Justice of Greece.
He advises on regulated legal matters with emphasis on immigration, administrative, corporate and cross-border legal mandates. He supervises compliance-driven legal processes involving banking, tax and administrative authorities.
He is admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association and holds professional registrations or recognitions as a European or Foreign Lawyer in multiple jurisdictions, including Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Romania, Belgium, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Israel and Australia.
His practice includes the legal supervision of Greek Golden Visa applications, handled strictly as formal administrative procedures under Greek immigration law, with full adherence to statutory, AML and regulatory requirements.
He regularly works with international law firms, banks, family offices and professional advisors on cross-border matters involving Greece.
