Alexandros has substantial experience, profound knowledge and tactical approach to all areas of maritime, transport, trade and insurance law. He acts, both in and out-of-court, for a diverse range of clients including shipowners, shipmanagers, charterers and lessees, yards, brokers, underwriters, insurance companies and Protection & Indemnity (‘P&I’) Clubs, as well as aviation and logistic companies, freight forwarders and cargo interests.
Apart from litigation and dispute resolution, Alexandros assists corporate clients in company formation and incorporation in overseas and mid-shore jurisdictions, shareholders agreements, bank account opening, anti-money laundering (‘AML’) and know-your-customer (‘KYC’) compliance, sanctions and trade policies.

She has deep insight in corporate governance advising on duties and responsibilities of company directors, officers and committees.

Celia is also handling sale and purchase of real estate property and lease agreements from negotiation and legal due diligence to finalization and closing of the agreement. Further, she advises international investors on the Greek real estate and assists in obtaining EU residence permit through national schemes.
Her tax law background also contributes to all-round legal approach ensuring integrated legal solutions that serve clients interests in the most effective and complete manner.
