I successfully represented a defendant in a family case at Peshawar before The Honorable Court of Hina Ghafoor. The plaintiff sought dower and maintenance for children, who were forcibly removed from my client's (the defendant's) home while my client was abroad. To address this urgent situation, I promptly filed a Habeas Corpus petition for the recovery of the children, resulting in their successful return.

Following the children's recovery, I issued a legal notice to ensure they resumed schooling, as my client was already responsible for their education expenses. Subsequently, I filed an application for the return of the plaint, highlighting that both the husband and wife resided in Islamabad.

Employing strategic legal maneuvers, I applied significant pressure on the plaintiff to seek an amicable resolution outside of court. Eventually, the plaintiff withdrew her suit, opting to resolve the matter privately with her husband. I'm pleased to report that they have since reconciled and are now living happily together.

In a contentious dispute over property ownership, my client found himself unjustly deprived of his rightful share in valuable real estate assets inherited from his late father. The property, comprising a plaza in Saddar and a house in Peshawar, was unlawfully seized by his elder brother, who attempted to coerce my client into accepting a meager sum in exchange for relinquishing his claims.

Upon consulting with my client, I recognized the urgency of the situation and devised a strategic legal approach to address the injustice he faced. Rather than immediately pursuing litigation, I advised my client to allow me to send a legal notice to his brother, outlining the legal ramifications of his actions and demanding the rightful distribution of the property shares.

Following the dispatch of the legal notice, which clearly articulated my client's legal entitlement and warned of potential consequences for non-compliance, my client's brother promptly reconsidered his position. Recognizing the validity of my client's claims and the potential legal repercussions, he opted to rectify the situation without the need for protracted litigation.

As a result of our strategic intervention and effective legal advocacy, my client successfully reclaimed his lawful share in the property, thereby securing his property rights and avoiding the complexities and costs associated with prolonged legal proceedings.

I successfully assisted my client, who owned a tourism agency, in achieving compliance and incorporation with the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to obtain the benefits of a proper corporate entity. The process began with the application for name reservation, which was diligently pursued until approval was obtained from SECP. Subsequently, I applied for incorporation, ensuring that all necessary considerations were accounted for to secure favorable outcomes for my client in the future. As a result of our efforts, his company was registered successfully within a remarkably swift period of just 2 days.

Our successful case involved assisting clients in registering their food business, Ghost House Cafe, located on University Road, Peshawar. Recognizing the importance of legal protection and the advantages of being a registered entity, our team embarked on the process of firm registration.

Beginning with drafting essential documents such as the partnership deed and affidavit, we meticulously handled every step of the registration process. This included biometric verification, submission of required challans, and attestation of documents from the notary public.

We then proceeded to file the online application along with all necessary documents, followed by physically submitting the relevant paperwork to the Registrar of Firms office in Peshawar. Our diligent efforts culminated in the issuance of Form "H," certifying Ghost House Cafe as a registered firm in Pakistan.
