The law firm was founded in 2002 by ex-judge Stefanos Pantazis, who reverted to private legal practice after several years of service in the Hellenic judiciary.

Although initially set up as a litigation boutique with an exclusive focus on complex litigation, the law firm has swiftly expanded its practice by developing a thriving corporate division and it has now evolved into a full-service firm advising in a wide spectrum of legal and business issues, both in Greece and internationally.
