Founded in 2016 by four partners, Pind & Partnere established itself in Copenhagen as a focused advisor on commercial real estate and business law. The practice emphasized real estate transactions, commercial leases, and development and construction matters, alongside corporate and commercial advisory and transactional services for businesses.

By mid 2025 the firm dissolved amicably, with partners continuing their work under new arrangements. Pind og Partnere announced that it would end by the end of June 2025 and that the individual lawyers would continue the work under different banners, including Marie-Louise Pind joining Njord Law and Anders Troelsen and Jesper Nørgaard moving to other firms, with Ulrikke Oxbjørn also joining Njord Law. The practice previously operated with around four employees and held CVR number 37405671.
