Hassan Hussain, Esq., Managing Partner, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010 and holds an LL.M in Islamic Banking & Finance. With over 11 years of experience spanning central banking, corporate practice, consumer protection, and civil litigation, he brings unmatched expertise and insight.
Before founding Polaris Solicitors, he served at the Central Bank of Nigeria as Manager, and worked with Kutigi Chambers and Umar Bangari & Associates. He also consults for Kayode Sofola, SAN & Associates on key litigation matters. His memberships include the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Pan African Lawyers Union, and the Nigerian Society of International Law.
Mohammad Aliyu, Esq. serves as the Head of Chambers of Polaris Solicitors. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012, he has more than 13 years of experience in commercial, property and corporate law.
He obtained his LL.B from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2011 and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy in 2024 from the same institution. Prior to joining Polaris Solicitors, he practiced at Yakubu Gana & Co. and M.R. Ibrahim & Co., handling active litigation and commercial transactions.

With over 10 years of experience, Usman Umar Zambuk, Esq. is a Partner at Polaris Solicitors. He earned his LL.B from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and attended the Nigerian Law School in Kano.

Abdullahi Sani Jibrin, Esq. is a Partner at Polaris Solicitors. He obtained his LL.B from the University of Maiduguri and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014.
He has significant experience in commercial, property and corporate law practice gained through active litigation and advisory roles across several companies and groups. Abdullahi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and is known for his hands-on, results-driven approach.
Muhammad Muhammad Usman is a legal practitioner and compliance specialist with a strong background in corporate governance, property and finance law. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019 after graduating from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, he holds an LL.M in Corporate Governance and Finance from Nasarawa State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Abuja.

Halima Abubakar Gana is a para-legal currently serving with Polaris Solicitors under the NYSC scheme. She earned her LL.B from Baze University, Abuja in 2024.
